Stanly Ranch Napa Valley’s Newest Luxury Hotel

Auberge Resorts Collection has opened Stanly Ranch. The 700-acre resort completes a full Napa Valley takeover for Auberge, which now has high-end lodging and dining locations throughout the 40-mile-long valley.

Its 135 cottages and rooms designed by architecture firm Overland Partners (starting at $1,300 per night), line a 2.5-mile stretch of the Napa River frontage and have views of the Mayacamas Mountains. The one- and two-bedroom Arbor Cottages, Acre Rooms and Rambler Rooms all feature separate living areas and private terraces with fire pits, while the stunning three-bedroom Palomino Suite sleeps eight.  The resort including a 200-seat restaurant serving spot prawns and bison tartare, a high-tech wellness compound and multiple pools.

The fine-dining restaurant Bear will feature multi-course meals, wine flights and live jazz. Director of wine and beverage Jean-Paige D’Huyvetter, will be offering wines from California and the Pacific Northwest as well as imports. She will also be featuring a number of verticals from Napa producers. Next door, Basin Bar, will have a charming outdoor area in view of the hotel’s pool and lavender lawn — and yes, they serve Ranch Water.

Finally, the spa, Halehouse, has a jaw-droppingly gorgeous pool with vineyard views. Organic juice bar and Springhouse Circuit with a hyperbaric oxygen chamber, tepidarium, salt room, cedar sauna and cold plunge bath complete the expansive facilities
