Breguet for the first time with a deeply lustrous Tahitian mother-of-pearl dial, the new Classique 9065 adds a touch of passion to Breguet’s classic style as part of an exclusive series of 28 numbered timepieces, reserved for a selection of its boutiques.
The case, in 18kt rose gold, measures 33.5mm x 7.5mm. Fluted caseband. Bezel and lugs inlaid with 88 brilliant-cut diamonds (0.606 carats). Crown set with a ruby. Double sapphire crystals. Welded lugs with screw bars.
The hours chapter features the signature Breguet Arabic numerals, interrupted at 3 o’clock by a garnet window showing the date in cream numerals. The open-tipped Breguet hands are crafted from rose gold. A romantic detail, the seconds hand is decorated with a heart, while the iridescent red satin strap shimmers and accentuates the sparkling timepiece.
Movement is the Swiss automatic Breguet in-house caliber 591A with 25 jewels, 28,800 vph and a power reserve of 38 hours. It features a silicon in-line Swiss lever escapement. This technically innovative movement features balance spring, lever and escape wheel in silicon for enhanced accuracy and resistance to magnetic fields.
